LJ Group of Institutes has signed MOU with Ford Motor India to train the Employees of its SVAEP (Sanand Vehicle Assembly & Engine Plant). Since August 2013, we have trained more than 2200 Employees. They learned all aspects of required Technical & Behavioral Skills; including Organization Culture & Values, Safety, Quality, Basic Engineering, Vehicle Operation, Powertrain Operation, Communication, Presentation, Spoken English, Conflict Management, Emotion Intelligence, Team Work, Time Management, Attitude, Discipline, 5S and Corporate Etiquettes as well as Physical Activities. Course Material has designed by Trainers of LJ Polytechnic with coordination of SVAEP HR Training Team.
LJ Group has signed MOU with Toyota Kirloskar Motors Bengaluru, for its SA T-TEP (Service Advisor Toyota Technical Education Programme). For that LJ & Toyota have developed world class State-of-Art Automobile Workshop. In this Programme we develop Service Advisors for Toyota & Other Dealer Network.
LJ Group has signed MOU with Intas Pharma to provide them skilled manpower as per their requirement for Production, Maintenance and R &D. First they select our students and then we prepare them as Ready to Work for Intas.
LJ Group has signed MOU with Ajanta Manufacturing Limited. They have given Research Assignment for their Electric Bikes Batteries.
Currently Suzuki Motor Gujarat is in coordination with LJ to train their Employees for their Manufacturing Plant Gujarat.
